Who We Are
Our Story
Mel Curtis founded this firm with a vision of creating something truly special. Qualifying as an accountant at just 24 while juggling life as a young mum, Mel knew the value of hard work and determination from the start.
After obtaining the experience necessary to become a Fellow of the ACCA and earning her practicing certificate, she decided to take the leap and start her own accountancy business.
Starting out as a one-woman operation, Mel quickly gained a reputation for her friendly, expert service, and it wasn’t long before more and more business owners sought her out as their trusted accountant. As the business grew, so did the team, and Mel found herself on the same journey as many of her clients—navigating the complexities of running a business, from hiring staff to marketing and everything in between.
From working from home to opening our first office, and now, in 2024, we’re thrilled to be moving into a new high street location in Wokingham with a team of 14 dedicated professionals. We’ve come a long way, and we’re excited about the future as we continue to grow alongside our clients.
