This is our 6th year with MCA, and very happy with the work they do. In particular we receive fantastic 1:1 support from Danelle with our various (numerous!) accounting and Quickbook queries - she's always very thorough, patient and responsive when helping resolve our queries and offering guidance.

We use Melanie Curtis Accounting for our small business, Advanced Climate technical Services Ltd., to handle our accounts. Jhoana Melencio is who helps us and I have found her and others in this company to be very helpful especially with CIS return statements and all things CIS tax related as well as day to day accounting. Nothing is too much trouble and any queries are dealt with swiftly. It is reassuring to have Jhoanna on hand to help when needed.

Firstly, Mel's commitment to the cause during the Corona-virus pandemic has been outstanding. Regular updates, relevant information, webinars. No Froth. Between Martin Lewis and Mel I do not think I've missed much. What about 'normal' times (new or otherwise)? The difference between Melanie Curtis and most other companies I have dealt with is the experience. My business was conducted before the Covid-19 outbreak. I was greeted with a smile and treated as an equal. I was given expert knowledge, delivered in a way that, frankly makes you feel like you could pop back later for a cup of tea. This type of rapport is not always easy to deliver - it tells me that a lot of work goes on behind the scenes. I nearly forgot to mention that they actually did a great job with my accounts too.
